Catering for a Crowd (Like a Pro)
Feeding a crowd doesn’t have to be stressful - with a little planning and a few inside tricks, it can be smooth, enjoyable, and even fun to pull off.
Here are a few tips we’ve picked up along the way:
Plan for variety - Not everyone eats the same way, so make sure there’s something for everyone. Our menu offers a variety of dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, Halal, dairy-free, and meat lovers. Balance is key.

Keep it simple - Go for food that’s easy to serve, easy to eat, and doesn’t need a knife and fork. It keeps things flowing and less messy.
Think about timing - Make sure food is ready when people are. Serving lunch too early (or too late) can throw the vibe off - we’ll help you get that right.
Go for easy setup + pack down - Stations make life easier. No queues, no fuss, and no need for a full kitchen or serving team. Good’ol kiwi D.I.Y style.
Overestimate a little - It's better to have leftovers than leave someone hungry. Our Stations come in two sizes (designed for groups of 10-15 people or 20-25 people) making it easier for you to pick the right amount based on your group size and needs.
And don’t worry - we’re always happy to guide you through it. Whether it’s 20 or 200 people, we’ve done this more times than we can count. Just tell us what you’re planning, and we’ll help make it work (without the stress).
