  • Where are you based?

    Our commercial kitchen is based in Grey Lynn, Auckland (Richmond Road). We operate as a dedicated production kitchen for corporate catering - there’s no retail storefront.If you’ve selected pick-up, we’ll send clear instructions so you can find us easily.
  • What are your delivery zones?

    We deliver corporate catering across Auckland - from Albany to Takanini, and Westgate to Botany. This includes Auckland CBD, North Shore, East Auckland and surrounding business districts. Not sure if you’re in our delivery area? Get in touch and we’ll confirm quickly.
  • How long do the meats stay hot for?

    We cook fresh and deliver directly from our Grey Lynn kitchen to your office or event location.When kept sealed, our meats stay piping hot for up to 1 hour. Once opened, they remain at a good serving temperature for approximately 45–60 minutes. For food safety, once cooled, meat should be consumed or refrigerated within 2 hours.
  • We're going on a boat!

    CaterStations are perfect for boat days and crew events.We’re happy to deliver to the dock. You can take the kit onboard and open it when ready. If you’ll be at sea for several hours before serving, we recommend placing the meat trays in an oven on a low temperature (around 90°C). No oven? A well-insulated chilli bin keeps the trays warm surprisingly well.
  • How many people do your boxes feed?

    Each CaterStation is designed with a suggested serving size (e.g. 10–15, 20–25, etc.), based on generous office portions.Final numbers depend on your event — time of day, whether other food is being served, and how hungry your team is.If you’re unsure, get in touch. We’re happy to help you choose the right size so everyone’s well fed (with a little wiggle room).
  • We have an event of over 100 people!

    Absolutely. We regularly cater large office events and team functions for 100–400+ people across Auckland.You can explore our curated large-group catering packages online, or get in touch and we’ll help you plan the right setup for your team. Get quote.
  • What if I have dietary requirements?

    *** Please note that we are a small kitchen and are not qualified as being Gluten Free, Peanut free, Dairy Free or serving purely Halal. *** We regularly cater corporate teams with mixed dietary requirements. That said: Many of our meat options are gluten friendly. Our beef and lamb are Halal sourced and prepared with care to minimise cross contamination. Gluten friendly taco options are always available. If you have specific allergies or dietary concerns, we recommend getting in touch directly so we can advise clearly and honestly.Our goal is to make office catering easy — even when everyone eats differently.   • Can I pay by invoice?

    Yes — invoice payments are available.At checkout, select “Internet Banking (Invoice)” instead of entering card details. We’ll send your invoice directly. Perfect for office managers and teams processing corporate expenses.
