Corporate catering typically costs $8–$25 per head depending on group size: teams of 10–15 average $15–$25 per head, groups of 20–30 sit around $12–$20, and events of 100+ come down to $8–$14. For regular office lunches, 48–72 hours' notice is usually enough — for events of 50+ people or peak periods like December, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead.
