Our standard lead time is 48 hours’ notice for all orders. For next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 3pm the day prior to the day of your event.
That said, if you have a last-minute event and need catering, give us a call on 0800 300 653 or send us an email as soon as possible - we’ll always do our best to make it happen!

Delivery Hours
Our delivery hours are Mondays - Saturdays from 8:00am - 7:30pm. Need an earlier delivery? We may be able to make it happen - just get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Delivery Fees
Our delivery fees are based on your location. We charge $15 for Auckland Central and the CBD, $25 for outer-city areas, and $45 for deliveries to North Shore, East, West, and South Auckland.
Last Minute Changes
If anything changes last minute - more guests joining, weather throwing a curve ball, or plans shifting - just let us know as soon as you can. We totally get that things happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes, adjust your order, or help find a solution that works for you.

If your delivery location is tricky to find, please email us at orders@caterstation.co.nz to provide in depth instructions - this could include parking access, loading zones, building access rules, or a contact person required.
time slots
Our delivery times are scheduled in 15-minute windows during the day and 30-minute windows in the evening, giving our drivers a bit of flexibility to navigate Auckland traffic. We always aim to arrive right on time and do our best to deliver within your selected window.
what to expect
Once your order is placed, you’re all locked in for your selected delivery or pick-up date and time. On the day, our driver will give you a call on arrival and is happy to help with set-up if needed. Our seamless process means everything runs smoothly - so you can relax and leave the fuss to us.
